Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s terms. Sterling Computer Systems is not responsible for any SMS or data charges incurred by you.

We will never, share, trade, or otherwise sell your personal information such as Phone numbers and SMS consent to third parties under any circumstances.

7. Supported Carriers

Most major U.S. mobile carriers support SMS communications. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service provider and is outside Sterling Computer Systems’ control.

8. Limitations of Liability

Sterling Computer Systems is not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages caused by factors outside our control, including carrier issues or technical errors.
You agree that SMS messaging is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update or modify this SMS Terms of Use Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
